Thank you for considering consigning your items with us. Consignment is a practical, "green" way to recycle your quality home furnishings and make money. Below are some guidelines to help ensure your experience is successful and profitable.


General

• Consignments are accepted by appointment only.
• Only 25 items per month per consignor unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Consignor is responsible for retrieving their unsold items off the floor at the end of the contract. 
• If you do not pick up your items within seven (7) days of your consignment end date, they become property of the store.
• You may not sell your item via another method while it is under contract at our store.
• Our store is not liable for loss of consigned items due to fire, theft, natural disasters or any other unforeseen circumstance.

We accept:

• Home furnishings in saleable condition. All items should be ready to go right into someone's home.
• Furniture, decor, kitchen and dining items, art, some small appliances, women's clothing and many more items. It's always worth asking!
• AS MUCH AS WE LOVE YARD SALES, WE ARE NOT ONE!  ALWAYS BRING YOUR BEST!
  

We do not accept the following items:

• Mattresses, exercise equipment, sporting goods, magazines, luggage and large appliances
• Personal items such as massage chairs, foot spas, hair dryers, facial equipment
• Chipped glassware (some exceptions possible)
• Glass top tables
• Children's used toys and clothing
• We are currently "overstocked" or not in need of fine china, rockers, frames

Discount

Consignment items are displayed for ninety (90) days. They will be discounted based upon the following schedule:
01-30 days --- 0% discount to the buyer
31-60 days --- 20% to the buyer
61-90 days --- 30% to the buyer 


Consignor receives 50% of selling price 
Checks are mailed out once monthly
